Financial services are, at their most elemental level, all services provided by the finance industry. The finance industry is comprised of banks, credit card and insurance companies, stock brokerages, investment funds and companies like that. The most common type of financial service is a commercial bank. A bank is a financial institution whose job is to act as a payment agent for customers, and to lend money to and borrow money from customers. However, banking services today have expanded to include services targeted directly to individuals by pooling the risk of many small transactions.

Banks also provide wire transfer services and allow direct debits from customer accounts, which facilitate automatic bill payment, and can grant cashier’s and certified checks, as well as providing notary services.

Banks also provide other services, including the issuance of promissory notes, processing electronic banking activities and internet banking, accepting deposits, lending money by way of overdraft, providing letters of credit, performance bonds and other forms of balance sheet accounting, currency exchange, and safety deposit boxes.

Some of the larger, more broadly economic functions of banking include:

Issuing money in the form of bank notes or checks that are payable to the bearer, allowing for secure transfers of funds between entities.

Settling of accounts- banks act both as a paying agent and as a collection agent for their individual customers, which allows them to enable payment to easily flow between geographical areas.

Credit Quality Improvement- banks lend money to people with ordinary credit quality while remaining high quality borrowers themselves due to the holding of diverse assets and a high amount of capital.

Banking law derives from the contract between the bank and its customers and implies the following rights and obligations:

1. Bank account balance- the relationship between the bank and the customer. When the account balanceis positive, the bank owes the customer money, when it’s negative, the customer owes the bank money.
2. The bank agrees to pay the customer’s checks up to the amount of money in the customer’s account plus any pre-ordained overdraft limit.
3. The bank will not pay out of the customer’s account unless mandated by that customer in the form of a check
4. The bank has the right to combine a customer’s multiple accounts
5. The bank holds a lien on checks deposited to the customer’s accounts to the amount that the customer owes the bank.
6. Transactions must be kept private unless the customer relinquishes that right.
7. The bank will not close the customer’s account without notice.

A work experience resume, at its most basic level, is a way to provide employers with written evidence of your qualifications, credentials, skills and experience. For most hourly jobs such as general labor or foodservice, you will not be required to provide a resume. Most technical, professional, administrative and sales positions will require a formal resume, and occasionally, a skilled labor job such as welder, drafter or electrician may require one as well. There is no one "right" format for your resume. What type you choose will depend on your needs, and the format should be the one you feel best highlights your skills and work experience. Your resume by design should be almost like a snapshot- very easy to read, and containing all of your contact information, skills and qualifications. A resume is not supposed to be longer than 1 page in most cases, and it is absolutely essential that it not contain any typos or spelling errors, as the resume is what gets your foot in the door for an interview, which is where the work of getting hired really starts!

So, now that you have got your information and the job information together its time to ask yourself what you need to include on your resume. Do not fall into the common trap of submitting the same resume for every different job you apply to- customize your resume for each individual job and it will pay off later. Try to put yourself in the recruiters shoes and ask "what experience and skills would be a good fit for this position", and then tailor your resume to include very brief, very specific, positive information about those two things.

Your resume needs to include the following:

Contact info (full name, address, apt. #, city, state, zip, telephone numbers (home and cell) and email address)

A statement of your employment objective

The specific job you are interested in, such as "an entry-level marketing position"

A summary of why you are qualified to do the job

Work History- list jobs by skill set or date

Your Education

Any special training, education or certifications that apply to the job you are attempting to get

Any Military Experience (what branch, what rank, how discharged, and date of separation

A list of special abilities or skills

A statement that indicates the availability of references on request.

There are different ways of motivation to achieve goals, there are of course some kind of reward or incentive in exchange for this achievement. Most reward are given in either some kind of monetary or material gifts, while there are also recognition given for an employee's or students exemplary performance.

Employee incentive programs gives employees something to look forward to as a result of exemplary office performance, be it in the area of employee attendance (i.e. free of absences or tardiness in the past month or during the last six months), sales (i.e. meeting the quota consistently or surpassing a sales mark consistently in a span of time) or even in little things like cleanliness in the workspace and office courtesy.

Money is one of the common forms of employee incentives, although non-monetary rewards and incentives given to an employee or to a group or team are also appreciated. These can be in the form of group activities such as dinners or even group billiards, poker or bowling night or activities that are sometimes an all-expense paid event courtesy of the company management.

Incentive programs are designed to rewards those who are performing above and beyond the average expectation, as they are made to inspire others to do the same, ultimately making the company not just more productive, but also teeming with positive and professional attitude.
