We hear all of the time that university graduates are returning to college to further their educations or enter into a new degree field. It seems that the days of sitting in a classroom to be lectured for hours are coming to an end in some colleges. This is because they are now offering a more hands-on approach to prepare their students for the job. This allows the student to feel confident when entering into the job that will ultimately become their career.

It’s a common misconception in the marketplace that only unsuccessful business people should be interested in leadership coaching. However, recently, the Institute for Business Studies conducted a survey, which suggested that Fortune 500 executives routinely participate in leadership coaching at higher levels than ever before. Also, this survey indicates that these top leaders which attended coaching seminars were able to boost their Business Effective Rating dramatically, by up to 45 percent.
